Access windows vary — check before you arrive. Many hotel spas restrict day-pass access during peak times or don't open pool areas until noon for external guests. The Four Seasons and St Regis typically require booking at least 48 hours ahead. A few (InterContinental on weekdays) allow walk-ins before 11am.
Day passes often include F&B credit — factor it in. Several hotels (St Regis, Waldorf Astoria) bundle food and beverage credit into the spa day package. A QAR 600 spa day that includes QAR 200 lunch credit is effectively QAR 400 for spa access. Always ask what's included when you call.
Zulal requires a full-day mindset — it's not a quick trip. The drive to Zulal Wellness Resort is over an hour each way. The resort is intentionally designed as a digital detox destination — phones are discouraged. Plan a full day, ideally on a weekday to avoid weekend families. It is genuinely unlike anything else in Qatar.
